The LaLiT New Delhi hosted “It Gets Better by Queering The Pitch”; an interactive workshop on Community Building and emotional and mental well being of LGBTQ+ community by Deepak Kashyap; a psychologist and Wellness Counselor on February 23, 2019.
The workshop had a healthy participation from a diverse audience including members of the LGBTQ+ community, speech and hearing impaired people, NGOs and Corporates. There was presence of two ASL to help the differently able gain full benefit of the workshop. The workshop emphasised on the importance of self love and the ways to collectively Embrace, Empower and Mainstream gender.
